1. Scope and Provider
These terms apply to the services offered under the Artinox brand and operated by LJ Capital OÜ.
2. Service Nature
The platform provides AI-assisted image generation, video generation, and upscaling workflows. Outputs are non-deterministic and may vary between runs, prompts, and models.
3. Eligibility and Account Use
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. If a person is below the age allowed for consent to online services under applicable law, account use requires legal representative consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Media Upload Agreement
By uploading media or starting generation, you confirm that you own the uploaded material or hold all rights, licenses, and permissions required to use it. You also confirm that you have a lawful basis for any visible person in uploaded content, including consent where required by law. You are solely responsible for claims arising from rights violations in uploaded or generated content.
5. Acceptable Use and Safety
You may not use the service for illegal, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. We may refuse, suspend, remove, or restrict content and account access when required for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
6. Generated Output and Commercial Use
Subject to these terms and applicable law, paid usage is intended for creator, brand, and client work. You remain responsible for legal review of generated output, including IP, personality rights, advertising claims, and sector-specific compliance before publication or sale.
7. Credits, Billing, and Digital Service Performance
Generation and upscaling consume credits shown in the interface. Starting generation is treated as immediate performance of a digital service. Credits and subscription terms follow the pricing page and checkout terms in effect at purchase time, including monthly refresh and expiry rules where applicable. If credits were used or generation or export had already started, refund or withdrawal rights may be limited or unavailable under applicable law.
8. Refund Reviews
Users may submit refund review requests through the Billing area or by contacting support. We aim to reply to refund requests within 7 days. Unused purchases may be reviewed for a refund more favorably than purchases where credits were already consumed or where generation or export had already begun. Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees where permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, third-party claims arising from user content, or losses caused by external model provider outages. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumer rights and mandatory dispute-resolution rights are preserved.
11. Policy Updates
We may update these terms when required by law, product changes, or risk controls. The active version and effective date are shown on this page. Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
