2. Data We Process
To provide the service, we process account details, billing records, prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, usage logs, and technical diagnostics needed for reliability, fraud prevention, and security.
3. Legal Bases and Purposes
We process data to perform our contract with you (account access, generation, billing), meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, legal requests), protect legitimate interests (abuse prevention, platform security), and where required rely on consent (for example, optional cookies or specific compliance acknowledgements).
4. Service Providers and International Transfers
We work with specialized infrastructure partners for authentication, storage, payments, and model operations. These providers only receive the data required to perform their role. Where processing involves transfers outside the EEA, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses as applicable.
5. Media Upload Agreement and Compliance Logs
When you accept media-upload compliance confirmations, we store acknowledgement details such as timestamp, agreement version, and technical request metadata (for example IP address and user agent) to demonstrate legal compliance.
6. Access Control, Moderation, and Security
Limited administrative access may be used to investigate technical failures, answer support requests, enforce platform safety rules, and satisfy lawful requests. Administrative actions are restricted and logged.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, security investigations, and legitimate business records. Account profile data is retained while your account remains active. Usage and generation history can be retained for fraud prevention and support diagnostics. Accounting records are retained for legally required periods under Estonian and EU law. You can request deletion of your account and related personal data from your account settings or through a GDPR request.
8. Your Rights
If applicable under GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@artinox.ai or use our GDPR request portal. We aim to respond within one month unless legally permitted extensions apply.
9. Supervisory Authority
If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
